How to sync my Cancelled/Refunded order from Etsy to Shopify?

To sync the status for the Cancelled or Refunded orders, make sure you have enabled the "Cancel/Refund Order Management" settings in the Order Management.


If the setting is already enabled, you need to follow the below steps:

  • Visit the 'Order Details' section under the 'Orders'
  • Select the orders for whom you want to update the status by checking on the checkboxes.
  • Choose the option 'Sync Status' from the Bulk Drop-Down Menu.
  • Proceed with the 'Submit' button.


This will sync and update the Cancelled/Refunded orders accordingly.
